Remotely Identifying your swimming technique
The best way to analyze your stroke and improve your swimming or dryland/strength & conditioning technique is through video analysis . Coach Steve Lochte will provide a full critique of your swim stroke, make recommendations for stroke corrections & drills to enhance your swimming performance. Written feedback will follow the review or a one-on-one follow up via Zoom.
