Video Stroke Analysis
Remotely Identifying your swimming technique
The best way to analyze your stroke and improve your swimming or dryland/strength & conditioning technique is through video analysis. Coach Steve Lochte will provide a full critique of your swim stroke, make recommendations for stroke corrections & drills to enhance your swimming performance. Written feedback will follow the review or a one-on-one follow up via Zoom.

Our training programs look to guide you to become the best swimmer possible by providing strength training workouts that are in line with your training cycle, include proper warmups & cool downs, are designed with injury prevention specifically relating to swimming in mind, and will ultimately look to maximize your performance in the pool or open water. Our programs are written by Marisa Gaynor, a former D1 water polo player who now serves as a strength & conditioning coach.
